hey there

I’m Lidveth

I’m a 27 years old traveling intimate weddings & elopements + couples photographer based out in the beautiful golden state, California. I am a lover of nature, sunrises, sunsets and spontaneous adventures. The outdoors makes me feel free and in love of this journey called life!

Little bit about me!! - I was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and moved to Los Angeles, California at the aged of 14. I graduated from Cal State Northridge with a B.A in Cinema & Television Arts and a Double Major in Central American Studies. I have a podcast, Central American Voices Podcast and I am a filmmaker! I love dancing , car karaoke and when I am not editing, filming or recording I’m probably camping and hiking somewhere!

My love for photography started back when I was a little girl, visiting my uncles finca (small ranch) and where I used a full roll of photography (the old good days!) taking pictures of the river and cows. After that, I started taking images of everything I liked, birds, dogs, plants you named it! That sad/funny about my obsession with the camera is that my parents got tired of me “waisting” film that all those images were taken on an empty camera roll.

I can’t imagine doing anything else

After I turned my passion to my profession I never could have imagine how capturing love was going to transformed the way I see photography.

You see, photography is more than getting a perfect picture; is about the emotion, and connection that images can have, is about the feeling those images are going to have 10 years from now, and about the memories and the experiences.

For me capturing your engagement at a California beach, your intimate wedding with Utah rocks behind it, your elopement at Grand Tetons or your Self-love journey at Joshua Tree is about the connection you and those locations have with your love story. The love story you are starting to write, the lifetime journey, and the love for yourself is what makes photographing you an art.

joyful things

As much as love traveling and meeting new people, there’s nothing like Home with my Mom, painting dates with my friends, a hiking and camping trips, a Brazilian show or reality shows on Netflix, a Latin Pop & Reggeton playlist, a book about humanity/society, a photography/business podcast, Honduran food, a cold Coca Cola with a sweet dessert and my grandma's FaceTime calls.
